Soundtrack

GTA IV: The Lost and Damned keeps the same soundtrack from the original game, but some new tracks were added to the radio stations to better suit the biker theme of the game. Liberty City Hardcore (LCHD) and Liberty Rock Radio received the greatest number of new tracks for the biker genre. LCHC also got a new radio show dedicated to everything extreme metal, hosted my Max Cavalera. LCHC can be heard inside the The Lost M.C. clubhouse.

New tracks were also added to The Beat 102.7 and Radio Broker. There was also a new show on the chat station WKTT, named The Martin Serious Show.
